Mariachi Los Palmeros Terms & Conditions for Hire

– Mariachi Los Palmeros, members, affiliates or sub-contractors will take 15-20 minute breaks after each hour

– If you cancel any hours for any reason, you are fully responsible for paying the complete balance owed and a refund is not returned or applicable

– Can not take legal action if a full refund, charegeback or cash was given back, or if a “service” or “entertainment” was provided through Mariachi Los Palmeros its members, affiliates or its sub-contractors, if you (the client) made any changes to the agreement that was made, or were not happy with the service is a opinion and can be expressed thru a review.

– We have the right to refuse service to anyone!

– A refund is not returned or applicable if you CANCEL on the mariachi before your event for any reason or reasons a refund is not applicable or returned.

– a refund is not returned or applicable if you cancel and hire another mariachi band

– a refund is not returned or applicable if they are going to be late for circumstances not in our control (traffic, accidents, etc) and you the client cancel a refund is not applicable.

– Time lost will be replaced and hours fulfilled.

– a refund is not returned or applicable due to non-communication. We will be sure to gather all the information needed to make your event a success. We will get in touch a couple weeks and days before your event to go make sure everything is on track.

– You accept the only reason a refund can be disputed, charge backed, returned or refunded is because no “entertainment” or “mariachi service” was provided at your event.

– There needs to be proof and evidence that “entertainment” or “mariachi services” were not given at your event to receive a full refund.

– You can not leave a negative review about any “individual” or “gender” of the mariachi thru google or third party websites

– Client must provide clean water & restrooms for the mariachi

– We do not guarantee you the musicians in pictures and videos

– We do not guarantee the order of instruments or color of mariachi suits

– If client decides to forfeit there deposit (This can be in and by phone, text, email or verbal) and not accept a full refund, no legal action can be taken

– Payment is due before or after performance. If payment is not received before or after performance legal action will be taken and a fine of $450.00 atop of the full balance will be imposed.

– In the event that police stopped the event, client is responsible for knowing there cities laws for noise ordinance.

– The Client is responsible for obtaining all permits from the venue or business necessary to allow Mariachi Los Palmeros to perform. If at any time Mariachi Los Palmeros is ordered to stop performing by the Client (for any reason at all), police or a venue representative the performance will be considered completed and the balance amount will be due in full.

– The Client must provide a safe place, away from excessive heat, cold, wind, rain or other extreme weather for Mariachi Los Palmeros, members, affiliates and sub-contractors to perform.

– In the case of an emergency (accident, traffic Jam, etc) where we become unable to perform due to any type of emergency we will try to find you another group, service or entertainer. Once the entertainment and services has been fulfilled the client is responsible for paying the pro rated balance. The deposit is not refundable as a services would have been provided through Mariachi Los Palmeros, members, affiliates or its sub-contractors. The deposit applied is to secure the entertainment and services provided by a solist, duet, trio, etc through www.mariachipalmero.com. We are not responsible for any over charges made by the other entertainers.

* By making, placing the deposit and the deposit being processed you the client have AGREED to all terms and conditions for hire and proceed with booking Mariachi Los Palmeros, its members, affiliates and sub-contractors.
